Prior to the COVID pandemic I had been relaxing my hair for 30+ years. The last time I relaxed my hair was on February 17, 2020 and was able to get a touch up due to COVID-19. At that point I decided to transition to my natural hair. It was such a process, as I was not used to dealing with my natural hair. During that period I was braiding my hair and I began to see breakage around my edges. I never had breakage while relaxing my hair for over 30 years. Approximately 3 years ago, I was agonizing with the condition of my edges so I started looking for a natural hair stylist. While researching i went on IG and found Just Because Hair Therapy Salon. When I saw the Salon I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance , the window was decorated beautifully for the holidays and it was very welcoming. My appointment was for 11 and they started on me immediately, no wait and I was done before 2:00. I felt so comfortable and cared for. I struck Hair Stylist Gold in finding Ms. Carol @Just Because Hair Therapy Salon. I usually don't give a review until at least the 3rd visit w/any service, because as the saying goes, 'all brooms sweep good at first'. I have to make an exception here because I know I landed on a real winner. Upon entering this lovely oasis until leaving the Customer Care and services blew me away. Ms. Carol takes special care of hair and is very knowledgeable on what's ailing it. Her products are top of the line and I and my mane loved everything she used.
